This is a one day course in Level 2 Usui Reiki.This will build upon your Reiki knowledge from the Level 1 you have completed previously and the work you have been doing with yourself and possibly friends and family.The day will cover intentions, using 3 Reiki symbols and a guided visualisation to help you with your goals and aspirations. You will be privately attuned to two new Reiki Two symbols in the clinic space. The day will also include different learnings and activities to build into your practice, these may differ and develop depending on the needs of the group.You will be taught how to conduct a Distance Reiki session.We will discuss different aspects of Reiki and you will be supported in a small group setting. You will get hands on practice during the day after each person has been attuned to the new symbols. You will be provided with a manual that you can write notes in during the day and take away to strengthen your Reiki practice.There is a 21 day attunement process that you do yourself after the one day in person course to strengthen your practice. There is a maximum of 4 people to each one day course so the environment is personal and supportive. Exceptions can be made if a group of friends or family want to go through the experience together and there are more than 4 of you. I will also run courses with only 2 students.​Morning and afternoon tea will be provided, as well as hot and cold drinks being available throughout the day. Please bring your own lunch if you have dietary requirements or want more than the light refreshments I will be providing. Wear something you are comfortable to move and lay down in; layers are always a good option as your core temperature can fluctuate when dealing with energy.
