Reiki is a beautiful modality which allows you to receive Universal Energy to give your body and soul the best environment to heal itself. The Reiki used is Usui Reiki which has been passed down through attunements and used for many years. Usui Reiki is not linked to a Religion and you do not have to be Spiritual or Religious for it to be received.

Reiki
Questions you might have before you book:
What do I wear? comfy clothes you can lay down or sit in. The whole session is done fully clothed and blankets are provided for comfort.
Does Reiki physically hurt? NO, the practitioner doesn't even have to touch you if you don't want them to
What if I can't lay flat on a bed? Don't worry your comfort is important for the session, there are pillows , different chairs and the bed is a hospital bed so it can be put into a position you are comfy in.
I haven't had Reiki before, I am scared of what will happen Don't worry you are in control at all times during the session, most people find it very relaxing and many even fall asleep but say they feel lighter afterwards.
I don't want to talk about why I feel I need Reiki, I just want to feel good Not a problem I have clients who have what we call 'private reiki sessions' they get the Reiki and then we don't need to discuss anything, they just know they have released what they don't need to carry about anymore.
I have been told I shouldn't have Reiki as I am Religious? Do what feels right for you! Reiki is not linked to any Religion and is bought to you at the highest vibration of good intent. I have worked with many different people of all different ethnicities and religious beliefs with only positive feedback.
What if I get emotional and cry? Don't worry you are there to release things! releasing emotions are a sign things are moving! some people cry some people laugh, some just fall asleep and snore all is fine and confidential to your session.

Reiki session in clinic
1hr $100
You will need to wear something you are comfortable to lie down in. You will close your eyes and be made comfortable with the offering of extra pillows and blankets whilst Nadiene places her hands in positions some touching and some hovering over your body in the process of alligning your seven Chakras. A full body scan will be done which takes about 45-50mins and then at the end of the session a debrief can be given if you want it.
Intentions
2hr $200
This session has been designed to give you some safe supported space to delve into what you want!
We will discuss about your intentions be it physical, emotional, spiritual or environmental and then we will draw energy and focus to them. You will be guided through a grounding meditation which will then flow into a personalised guided intentions meditation followed by a beautiful Reiki session.
All of this will be carried out fully clothed and comfy in the cabin clinic.
There is the option to add on a ConTact C.A.R.E session after the Reiki.
Distance Reiki
1hr $100
This is a beautiful way of receiving Reiki in the comfort of your own home. You will need to set up somewhere comfy either on the sofa or in your bed and then turn off all distractions. Phone to airplane mode and TV off. If you live with others make sure they wont come and disturb you for the booked hour. People often find it beneficial to wear headphones with some calming meditation music during the session. After the distance Reiki has been received which takes about 45-50 mins you can schedule a text to be sent with anything that came up or a 5min phone call.
Distance Reiki for your home
30mins $60
This is for those that feel the energy in their house isn't matching their own vibe. It maybe a new house that isn't feeling like your home yet or things might just feel a little off and not matching your energy. You send me some photos of certain rooms or even a basic handrawn floorplan works. I will then use distance Reiki to help any stagnant energy not serving you or your family anymore to be cleared. I can message you after the session with any notes that came up. (A very weird notion for those new to the energies of Reiki but it does work!)
