Two hours all about you to align your mind body and soul. Often the ConTact C.A.R.E session comes first and then you slip into a blissful Reiki session after to fully unwind. We will chat on your arrival and determine the best arrangement of the sessions depending on your needs that day. This combination is best to come to on your own to get the full benefits, having someone sat in the room can interfere with your energy flow.

ConTact C.A.R.E  Q & A

What should I wear?  something you are comfy to move about in and lay down wearing, your comfort is very important during the session

Will it hurt? No your ConTact C.A.R.E practitioner will ask you to always move away from any discomfort and ask you to communicate about your comfort throughout the session.

I haven't had an injury I know of so can I still have ConTact C.A.R.E? Yes! just think what do you want to gain from the session.

Can someone come with me  Yes! you can bring a support person to sit in the session or if you need to bring a child with you that is OK too!

How will I feel afterwards? Everyone is different lots of people feel lighter and better than when they came in. Some people feel tired afterwards so they get someone to drive them to and from the appointment. Some clients feel the difference after a couple of days. It is good to take it easy for the next 24hrs not doing any big workouts. â€‹
