ConTact C.A.R.E is a safe pain free pressure contact process that allows your own body to then unravel pains and shock trauma that your bones are holding. This is complimented by a calming reiki session where you lie down with your eyes closed and a blanket over you if you wish, the Reiki practice will then take place where the practitioner will place their hands or hover them in different locations from head to toe over your body. Both modalities involve touching the fully clothed body. By booking this session you agree to take responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental COMFORT at all times during the session. Your practitioner needs to work away from pain, so you need to direct the session by always moving to your comfortable position and telling your practitioner if they touch anywhere that is painful
