Reiki First Degree Attunement

Service Description

This is a one day certified course in Level 1 Usui Reiki. You will discover the origins of Usui Reiki and have a one to one attunement on the day. The day will also include different learnings and activities these may differ and develop depending on the needs of the group. You will be taught versions of how to ground yourself, we will discuss different aspects of Reiki and you will be supported in a small group setting You will be privately attuned to the Reiki One symbol Cho Ku Rei in the clinic space. You will be shown how to receive Reiki for yourself and hold a session for someone else, you will get hands on practice during the day after each person has been attuned. You will be provided with a manual that you can write notes in during the day and take away to strengthen your Reiki Practice. There is a 21 day attunement process that you do yourself after your one day in person course to strengthen your practice. There is a maximum of 3 people to each one day course so the environment is personal and supportive. Exceptions can be made if a group of friends or family want to go through the experience together and there are more than 3 of you. I will also run courses with only 2 students. Morning Tea will be provided, Hot and cold drinks available throughout the day. Please bring your own Lunch. Wear something you are comfortable to move and lay down in.
